Rant.
I’ve been trying to tweet this via TwitLonger but apparently it sux so I’m blogging it instead.
M told me that his gf was angry at him for “not caring about the wedding prep”. She threw stuff at him. Wow. Erm sorry but the more he tells me about her, the less I like her! I think it is terrible to throw things at your partner, no matter how angry you are. Can go and cool off first before inflicting abuse? Sheesh.
Anyway I thought SHE was the one who was having commitment phobia and not willing to marry him so soon. So wtf? They always seem to be fighting.
True lah, I’m not her so obviously I don’t really KNOW what he’s like. But I work with him day in day out so I can say I have a pretty good feel of his character?
Seriously, he is a pretty good catch. Why is she so unhappy with him? Some people can’t even find a partner ie. yours truly. Some people have a partner, but their partner sux and isn’t half as smart, motivated, or caring as M. Plus he has money!
So he’s not like some billionaire but he’s hardworking and capable. He’s the kind of guy who will never have any problems generating income. If you’re with him, you surely won’t have to worry that you don’t have a roof over your head, clothes on your back, or food to eat. In fact, he’ll even make sure you have a nice place to live in, good food to eat and nice clothes on your back. Cos’ he’s the traditional hero/protector type.
He’s willing to listen, open to change and suggestions and rather thoughtful (for a guy). So like seriously woman?!
Sigh. But he has chosen her, and it’s not my place to say anything…I dono what he sees in her leh. Sorry lah but she’s not very pretty also. I thought maybe he was going for the subservient type but apparently she isn’t either! Maybe he is a masochist lol. She does strike me as something who needs a lot of protecting though, so maybe that fulfills his need to serve and protect unto his last breath.
Jesus. I just don’t understand lah. Good luck to him lor haha!
